钢管管端内表面飞溅物自动清理装置设计与应用

摘要: 为解决钢管生产线切割飞溅物清理困难和人工工作量大等问题,设计了一套钢管管端内表面飞溅物自动清理装置。介绍了该自动清理装置的设计思路、主要结构、工作流程。该装置通过电机驱动高速旋转的钢丝磨头对残留在钢管内表面的飞溅物进行清理,利用气缸控制修磨压力,设计时遵循小型化、轻量化原则。使用结果表明,高速旋转的钢丝磨头在一定接触压力下将钢管表面的切割飞溅异物清除掉,显著提高了切割飞溅物的清理效率和质量,节省材料,清理效果好,且降低了劳动强度和人工成本。Abstract: In order to solve the problems of hard cleaning of cutting-spatter and heavy manual workload associated with the steel pipe production line,a set of automatic cleaning device for spatters on the inner surface of the steel pipe end is designed. Described here in the article are the main aspects of the said cleaning device,including the design ideas,the main structure and the workflow. With the device the high-speed rotating steel wire grinding head is driven via the motor to clean the residual splashes left on the inner surface of the steel pipe,and the grinding pressure is properly controlled via the pneumatic cylinder. The device is designed following the principle of miniaturization and lightweight. The site operation result of the device shows that the high-speed rotating steel wire grinding head is capable of removing the cutting spatter and other foreign matters sticking upon the surface of the steel pipe under a certain contact pressure. The cleaning device features significantly increasing the efficiency and quality of cutting-splash cleaning, material saving,high cleaning effectiveness,and reduction of both labor intensity and labor cost.
