优化导板设计提高毛管外表面质量

    Optimization of Guide-plate Design to Improve Outer Surface Quality of Shell

    • 摘要: 在大直径无缝钢管斜轧穿孔轧制过程,变形区域工具导板的局部软化黏钢或啃伤会导致钢管外表面间断性或连续性出现螺旋道或螺纹翘皮缺陷。通过分析金属斜轧变形原理、工艺生产参数和工艺导板模具等的影响,阐述了外表面螺旋道及螺纹翘皮缺陷产生的原因,提出模具导板形状设计及元素成分方面的改进策略,以防止斜轧穿孔轧制过程毛管外表面螺旋道或螺纹翘皮缺陷的产生。

       

      Abstract: During the hot rotary piercing process of the large-sized seamless steel tube,spiral defect or spiral-fin defect occurs on the external surface of the pipe due to the fact that the tool guide plate in the deformation area gets partially softened and glued or bitten. The causes for the said spiral defects of the pipe are investigated and then elaborated means of analyzing all the affecting factor such as the metal rotary-rolling deformatian principle,the process parameters and the process guide-plate die,etc. Then improvement measures are put forward,involving the shape design and chemical composition of the die guide-plate,etc. as well as actions to prevent the above mentioned spiral defects.
