薄壁不锈钢管卡压连接过程仿真及密封性能分析

    Simulation of Compression Connection Process of Light-wall Stainless Steel Pipe and Analysis of Sealing Performance

    • 摘要: 利用有限元模型完全模拟DN40薄壁不锈钢管双卡压连接过程,分析了管件接头、O型密封圈和不锈钢管的变形过程及应力应变状态;基于O型密封圈的接触应力分布规律,采用改进的卡压连接密封性多指标评价方法,结合最小接触应力、密封强度两关键目标参数对卡压连接的密封性能进行分析,提高了密封结构的安全性和可靠性;同时探究了管件接头密封槽包角、卡钳沟槽内径和钳口六边形宽度对卡压连接密封性能的影响规律。研究结果对不锈钢管管件接头和卡钳的优化设计具有重要的参考意义。

       

      Abstract: The process of double compression connection of the DN40 light-walled stainless steel pipe is completely simulated by means of finite element (FE) model,and the deformation process,and stress and strain state of the pipe joint,the O-ring and stainless steel pipe proper are analyzed. Based on the contact stress distribution regularity of the O-ring,the improved multi index evaluation method for the sealing performance of the clamping connection is adopted,and the sealing performance of the clamping connection is analyzed by combining the minimum contact stress and the sealing strength,which improves the safety and reliability of the sealing structure. Meanwhile,explored are the regularities of the influences on the sealing performance of the compression connection by such factors as the sealing groove angle of the pipe joint,the inner diameter of the calipers groove and the hexagonal width of the jaw. The research result has important reference significance for the optimal design of the stainless steel pipe fitting joint and the caliper.
