125钢级超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢管生产新工艺研究

    Study on New Manufacturing Process of 125 Super 13Cr Martensitic Stainless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种通过连铸坯料+热挤压生产125钢级超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢管的新工艺。实践证明:采用连铸坯料+热挤压生产的125钢级超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢管的组织均匀细小,强度、伸长率、硬度、冲击性能等均满足ISO 13680:2020标准要求,说明新工艺具有合理性。

       

      Abstract: A new manufacturing process for the 125 super 13Cr martensitic stainless steel pipe is introduced. i.e.,the "CC billet+hot-extrusion".The actual practice results reveal that the 125 super 13Cr martensitic steel pipe as manufactured via the CC billet+hot extrusion process features homogeneous and fine microstructure,and has its strength,elongation,hardness and impact performance,etc. up to applicable requirements as specified under Standard ISO 13680:2020,which means that the said new process has its rationality.
