两种穿孔机后台型式介绍及优缺点探讨

    Comparison between Advantages and Disadvantages of Two Types of CTP Outlet Equipment

    • 摘要: 简述了无缝钢管穿孔机的工艺和设备概况,针对顶头快换和顶杆循环两种后台型式,详细介绍了设备组成和结构。对两种方式的生产节奏、毛管温降、工艺及设备进行综合对比。这两种型式的共同优点是顶头冷却效果好,毛管内表面质量稳定;顶杆循环型式的主要优点是生产节奏快,缺点是会增加毛管的温降,导致后续轧制变形抗力增大,增加变形难度及功耗,设备投资也大于顶头快换型式,同时加大穿孔机下轴检修难度。顶头快换型式的缺点是会偶发顶头脱落事故。

       

      Abstract: Briefed here in the essay are the process and general equipment situation of the piercing mill(CTP)for the seamless steel tube. Addressing the two types of the CTP outlet equipment i.e.,the plug quick change-over equipment,and the plug bar circulation equipment,the configurations and structures are detailed. Comprehensive comparisons between the said two types are made in terms of the production cycle,the shell temperature drop,and the process and the equipment proper. As a result it is concluded that the common advantages of the two types are good plug cooling effect,and consistent inner surface quality of the shell;the plug bar circulation type has its main advantage of quick production cycle,and its disadvantage of rising the shell temperature which leads to such problems as increasing the deformation resistance during the follow-up rolling operation,increasing the deformation difficulty and the energy consumption,and the bigger equipment investment than that of the plug quick change-over type,and meanwhile leads to increasing the difficulty of maintenance of the CTP lower shaft;the disadvantage of the plug quick change-over type is occasionally-happened failure of falling-down of the plug.
