热处理对TP317L热挤压成型炉管组织和性能的影响

    Effect by Heat Treatment on Structure and Properties of TP317L Hot-extruded Furnace Tube

    • 摘要: 研究了热处理温度对TP317L热挤压管晶粒度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,挤压态TP317L炉管头尾部晶粒较其余位置细小;随着热处理温度的升高,晶粒度逐渐增大,头尾部增大速率较显著。随着热处理温度的升高,TP317L炉管头尾部强度呈现逐渐降低趋势,中间位置强度呈现先增高再降低趋势;硬度随着热处理温度的升高逐渐降低;经1 060℃热处理的TP317L热挤压炉管整体呈现较好的力学性能。

       

      Abstract: Studied here in the paper is the effect by the heat treatment temperature on the grain size and mechanical properties of the TP317L hot-extruded furnace tube. As a result it is revealed the facts as follows. The grains of the head and tail parts the as-hot-extruded TP317L furnace tube are finer than those at other positions thereof. Along with the increase of heat treatment temperature,the grain size is gradually enlarged,and the size enlargement rate of the tube head and tail grains is more significant;and with the increase of the temperature,the strength of the head and tail of the TP317L furnace tube is gradually decreased,while the strength of the middle position of the tube gets increased first and then decreased;as for the hardness of the tube it gets decreased also with the rise of the heat treatment temperature.The TP317L hot-extruded furnace tube as heat-treated at 1 060℃ presents as a whole rather satisfactory mechanical properties.
