换热管束材料选择

    Material Selection of Heat Exchange Tube Bundle

    • 摘要: 为了研究某换热管束服役过程中的腐蚀机理,保证其运行的可靠性,根据换热管束工况条件,将20钢、304和316L不锈钢试样置于壳程原料水、换热蒸汽、塔底混合液中160天,检测不同试样的均匀腐蚀速率,观察其形貌,并对腐蚀产物进行XRD分析。结果表明:换热管束腐蚀机理为氧腐蚀;316L不锈钢在试验中表现出良好的耐腐蚀性,建议换热管束材质选择316L,定期清垢并配合阻垢剂使用,以满足管束防腐要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the corrosion mechanism of the in-service heat exchanger tube bundle so as to guarantee the operation reliability thereof,the specimens of 20# steel and 304 and 316L stainless steels are put into the shell pass raw water,the heat exchange steam and the mixed liquids at the bottom of heat tower for 160 days. Then the uniform corrosion rates of the specimens are tested,their morphologies are observed,and their corrosion products are analyzed with XRD method. The results show that the corrosion mechanism of the heat exchange tube bundle is oxygen corrosion;and the 316L stainless steel displays an excellent corrosion resistance during the test. Accordingly it is suggested to select the 316L stainless steel as the material of the heat exchange tube bundle,and to periodically clean dirt together with use of the scale inhibiter in a bid to meet the anti-corrosion requirement for the said tube bundle.
