钢管管端连接器加工方法的设计与应用

    Design and Application of Processing Method for Steel Pipe End Connector

    • 摘要: 为解决钢管涂敷作业时钢管管口错位问题,设计了一种新的管端连接器加工装置。介绍了管端连接器加工装置的设计思路和主要结构。该装置遵循小型化、轻量化设计原则,使用后提高了管端连接器的圆周度,解决了管端划伤问题,增加了涂敷传动线的稳定性;同时提高了管端连接器的加工效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the dislocation of the steel pipe orifice as occurring during steel pipe anti-corrosion coating operation,a new tube-end connector processing device is designed. Described here in the article are the design ideas and the main structure of the said device. Thanks for the principle of miniaturization and lightweight that the design follows,the device is capable of improving the roundness of the pipe-end connector,fixing the problem of pipe end scratch-caused damage,and enhancing the operation stability of the pipe-coating transfer line. Meanwhile the processing efficiency of the pipe end connector is increased,and the labor intensity is reduced.
