热处理温度对冷变形Alloy28合金管组织及性能的影响

    Influence by Heat Treatment Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of Cold-deformed Alloy28 Alloy Pipe

    • 摘要: 分析了不同热处理温度对冷变形Alloy28合金管组织和力学性能的影响。分析认为:热处理后Alloy28合金管的组织大致呈等轴晶状态;随着热处理温度的升高,Alloy28合金管的晶粒表现出先细化再长大的现象,即发生回复再结晶过程,强度呈明显下降趋势,伸长率呈明显上升趋势;热处理温度在1 100℃附近时,Alloy28合金管的伸长率与耐腐蚀速率趋于稳定,判定1 100℃为最佳热处理温度。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different heat treatment temperatures on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the Alloy28 alloy pipe are studied. The results show that after being heat treated,the microstructure of the Alloy28 alloy tube is roughly of the equiaxed crystal state;along with the increase of the temperature,the grains of the said alloy pipe are refined first and then grow up,which is a re-crystallization process. And meanwhile,the strength of the tube presents an obvious downward trend,while the elongation presents an obvious upward trend;when the temperature is close to 1 100 ℃,the tube’s elongation and corrosion resistance rate tend to be stable,so it is judged that 1 100 ℃ is the best heat treatment temperature.
