Abstract:
The effects of different heat treatment temperatures on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the Alloy28 alloy pipe are studied. The results show that after being heat treated, the microstructure of the Alloy28 alloy tube is roughly of the equiaxed crystal state;along with the increase of the temperature, the grains of the said alloy pipe are refined first and then grow up,which is a re-crystallization process. And meanwhile, the strength of the tube presents an obvious downward trend, while the elongation presents an obvious upward trend;when the temperature is close to 1 100 ℃,the tube’s elongation and corrosion resistance rate tend to be stable,so it is judged that 1 100 ℃ is the best heat treatment temperature.
