燕尾形超高抗扭特殊螺纹接头研究

    Research on Dovetail Thread Premium Connection with Ultra-high Torque Resistance

    • 摘要: 对比了传统的API圆螺纹和偏梯形螺纹的优缺点,设计了一种新型的“倒梯形的楔子”式的燕尾形螺纹齿型以及一种经济型的超高抗扭特殊螺纹接头。详细介绍了该接头的设计、加工、检验过程,并采用有限元分析程序计算了接头上扣过程中螺纹的应力和应变。分析结果表明:该接头上扣到位后,螺纹所有侧面完全啮合,并且具有很高的接触应力,使接头在复杂的环境载荷下能始终保证螺纹间配合的稳定性。

       

      Abstract: Based on a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages between the conventional API round thread and buttress thread,a new type of“Inverted Trapezium Wedge”like dovetail thread tooth,and an economical premium connection with ultra-high torque resistance are designed.Detailed here in the paper are the design,the processing and the inspection procedures of the said connection. Moreover the FEA program is used to calculate the stress and the strain of the thread as occurring during the make-up process. The analysis result demonstrates that after completely screwed up,all sides of the threads are fully engaged,and have a high contact stress so as to get the connection always have consistent stability of the threads mating under complex environment loading conditions.
