深层开窗侧钻小井眼专用钻杆的研制与应用

    • 摘要: 介绍了深层开窗侧钻小井眼专用钻杆的研发过程,详细阐述其设计过程、关键制造技术以及产品使用效果。通过合理的结构设计、管体镦锻技术以及热处理,开发出了性能稳定、使用寿命长的深层开窗侧钻小井眼专用钻杆。应用表明:在小井眼开窗作业过程中,深层开窗侧钻小井眼专用钻杆相比于API S135钻杆,接头处环空空间可以提高10 mm以上,同时有效地分散了应力集中,提高了钻井效率和安全性,为6 000 m以上的修井开窗侧钻施工提供了有效的解决方案,具有良好的社会效益。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the research and development process of the special drill pipe for deep slim hole sidetracking drilling service,detailing such aspects as the design process,the key manufacturing technology and application effectiveness. The said special drill pipe with stable performance and long service span is developed by means of proper structure design,the tube body upsetting and heat treatment processes. The actual operation result shows that compared with the API S135 drill pipe,during the slim hole sidetracking drilling process,the annular space in the joint position of the newly-developed special drill pipe for the deep slim hole sidetracking service can be increased up to 10 mm,meanwhile the stress concentration is effectively dispersed so as to get the drilling efficiency and operation safety improved. The special drill pipe for deep slim hole sidetracking drilling as developed provides an effective solution for window sidetracking drilling over 6 000 m,being capable of good social benefit.
