    • 摘要: 探讨了X80钢级弯管母管中添加的主要合金元素及其作用,介绍了现阶段X80钢级大壁厚弯管母管在生产过程中和机械性能检测时常出现的一些典型问题,包括母管加热后缩径、屈强比超标,焊接热影响区冲击性能不合格等,分析了造成这些问题的主要原因,并给出了具体的解决途径:适当放大母管外径,对热煨弯管进行扩径;用热模拟试验验证的方法验收母管;焊接母管时,采用低热输入量或多层多道焊接方式等。

       

      Abstract: Discussed here in the essay are the main alloy elements as added into the X80 mother tube for the bend,and the effects thereof. Also elaborated are some current typical problems of the X80 heavy wall mother tube for the bend as often encountered with during the manufacturing process and the mechanical property testing process,including the post-heating over-standard diameter-reduction and the yield ratio,and non-conformance of the welding HAZ impact energy of the mother tube,etc. And main causes for the said problems are analyzed,based on which specific solutions are put forward,including properly enlarging the mother tube OD,expanding the hot bend,accepting the mother tube via the thermal simulation test verification method,and welding the mother tube with the low heat input or multilayer,and multipass welding methods.
