20CrMoNbVTiB连铸圆管坯热轧无缝钢管工艺探讨

    Discussion on Hot-rolling Process of Seamless Steel Tube with 20CrMoNbVTiB Continuous Casting Round Billet

    • 摘要: 针对110S钢级油管用20CrMoNbVTiB材质连铸坯塑性差,轧制时变形抗力大,轧制过程中出现问题较多的情况,探讨并优化了Φ180 mm连轧管机组的工艺,包括提高环形炉温度,穿孔机使用较低的转速、大喂入角,应用磨合后的轧辊,调整连轧管机轧辊转速,减径前使用中频炉再次加热荒管等。使用优化工艺后,热轧过程顺利完成,顶头使用寿命大幅提高,修磨率大幅减小,产品成材率由81.6%提高至91.5%。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problems as staying with the 20CrMoNbVTiB CC billet in Steel Grade 110S such as poor plasticity,high resistance against deformation during rolling process and a lot of difficulties as occurring in the rolling operation,the technological process of the Φ180 mm mandrel pipe mill is discussed and optimized,involving a number of measures,including increasing the circular furnace temperature,lowering the rpm of the piercer,adapting large feeding angle,using after running-in roll,adjusting MPM rpm,and re-heating the shell in the MF furnace prior to sizing process,etc. Thanks to the above mentioned optimization of the mill,the whole hot-rolling process is performed very well.Moreover the plug service life is greatly prolonged,the repair rate is remarkably reduced,and the yield is enhanced from 81.6% up to 91.5%.
