    Performance Evaluation of X80 LSAW Pipe

    • 摘要: 统计了对标中俄东线标准的X80钢级Φ1 219 mm直缝埋弧焊管的拉伸性能、冲击性能以及成品几何尺寸,分析了钢板和焊管的化学成分及微观组织形貌。分析认为:该X80钢级Φ1 219 mm×22 mm直缝埋弧焊管焊缝组织为针状铁素体+粒状贝氏体+准多边形铁素体,主要合金元素都控制在较窄的区间内;焊管各项性能均达到中俄东线标准要求,强度和韧性优良,焊缝强度与管体强度匹配良好,成品尺寸优良。

       

      Abstract: Summarized here in the article are relevant data concerning the X80 Φ1 219 mm LSAW pipe as made as per the technical specifications of the Sino-Russia East Route Natural Gas Pipeline Project,including the tensile property,the impact energy and the finished product dimensions,etc. Also analyzed are the chemical composition and the microstructure morphology of the steel plate and the said weld pipe. It is regarded via the analysis that the structure of the X80 Φ1 219 mm×22 mm LSAW pipe is composed with acicular ferrite + granular bainite + quasi-polygonal ferrite,and the key alloy chemical element are well controlled with a narrow range;moreover all the properties of the said SAWL pipe are in compliance with the above mentioned technical specifications including excellent strength and toughness,well-mated weld strength and the pipe body strength as well good finished pipe dimensions.
