    Research on Heat Treatment Process for Small-sized 12Cr1MoVG Seamless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 分析了12Cr1MoVG小直径无缝钢管大生产热处理工艺与试样热处理工艺的差别,提出了针对性的改良措施。受辊底炉炉型的限制,即使12Cr1MoVG小直径无缝钢管的壁厚只有10 mm,热处理时依然要加强冷却。通过安装在线喷雾装置,并在出料辊道预留一段距离,实行“预冷+雾冷+空冷”的正火冷却方式,很好地解决了产品抗拉强度偏低的问题。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the paper is the difference between the heat treatment process for massive production of the small-sized 12Cr1MoVG seamless steel pipe and the test sample heat treatment process,based on which targeted improvement measures are proposed. Due to the limitation of the type of the roller hearth furnace,even for the small-sized 12Cr1MoVG seamless steel pipe with the wall thickness of 10 mm only,the heat treatment process still needs to strengthen cooling.The problem of relatively low tensile strength of the product is well solved by means of installing an on-line spray device and reserving a certain distance at the discharge roller table,adopting the normalization cooling mode of“pre cooling + fog cooling + air cooling”.
