弯管热煨过程中的工艺问题探讨

    Discussion on Several Technological Issues Concerning Induction Heat Bending Process

    • 摘要: 从工艺角度探讨了影响弯管质量的热模拟试验问题、弯制温度控制问题以及弯管的回弹与补偿问题。分析认为,弯管的热模拟试验不宜采用传统的调质工艺,关键在于模拟弯管过程的奥氏体化温度的保持时间不宜超过5 min。推导出了热煨功率与弯管工艺参数的关系式,若热煨弯制过程中温度出现波动,应以功率控制为准,这利于保证整批产品的性能。讨论了弯管的回弹原因,并提出了改善方法。

       

      Abstract: Discussed from a process perspective in the essay are the issues as affecting the bend quality, including the thermal simulation test, control of the bending temperature and the rebound and compensation of the bend, etc. It is regarded via the analysis that for the thermal simulation test of the bend, the conventional quenching and tempering process is not suitable;and the key is that during the bending simulation process, the holding time of the austenitizing temperature should not be too long, i.e., no longer than 5 minutes. Moreover, the relation expression between the heating power and the bend process parameters is deduced, i.e., in case of any fluctuation of the temperature during the bend-heating process, the power control must be taken as the basis so as to guarantee the performance of the whole batch of the products. Finally the causes for the bend rebound are discussed, and accordingly relevant corrective actions are proposed.
