Abstract: Based on the special demand by the development of high sulfur-containing gas wells in the Sichuan-Chongqing Region, the non-standard spec. Φ355.6 mm×21.0 mm TP110S TP-G2 HP high internal pressure resistant premium connection casing is designed and developed. Described here in the paper are the production control processes, and the design principle of the TP-G2 HP high internal pressure resistant premium connection. The excellent performance as meeting the demand by the oil field working conditions of the above mentioned premium connection casing is properly verified by means of relevant physical and chemical property tests, the SCC test, the internal pressure resistance test, and the FE simulation analysis, etc.
