石油管智能周转库的设计开发

    Design and Development of Intelligent Transfer Shed for Oil Pipes

    • 摘要: 介绍了石油管智能化周转库仓储系统的开发设计工作,包括周转库物料流转与效率需求分析,周转库的物流设备组成及性能参数,堆垛机能量反馈系统的工作原理和设计方法,货位承重均衡算法以及智能送料系统流程设计。设计出的智能化周转库仓储系统从根本上实现了石油管生产制造与仓储物流的减人、提质与增效,对提升企业效益起到了至关重要的作用。

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the essay is the development design activities of the intelligent transfer-shed warehousing system, involving such aspects as analysis of material flow of and efficiency demand for the transfer shed, the material flow equipment configuration and performance parameters of the transfer shed, the work principle and the design method of the energy feedback system of the stacker, and the load-bearing balancing algorithm of cargo location, and the design of the flow process of the intelligent material transferring system. The above mentioned intelligent transfer shed warehousing system as designed has fundamentally realized such objects for the oil pipe production and warehousing logistics as staff reduction, quality improvement and efficiency increase, playing a critical role in enhancing the enterprise benefits.
