Abstract:
Elaborated here in the essay is the development design activities of the intelligent transfer-shed warehousing system, involving such aspects as analysis of material flow of and efficiency demand for the transfer shed, the material flow equipment configuration and performance parameters of the transfer shed, the work principle and the design method of the energy feedback system of the stacker, and the load-bearing balancing algorithm of cargo location, and the design of the flow process of the intelligent material transferring system. The above mentioned intelligent transfer shed warehousing system as designed has fundamentally realized such objects for the oil pipe production and warehousing logistics as staff reduction, quality improvement and efficiency increase, playing a critical role in enhancing the enterprise benefits.
