Abstract: Elaborated here in the article is the full-automation transportation system as used in the intelligent processing line of the steel pipe coupling that adopts the truss robot instead of the of the forklift or the crane to connect each operation procedure and equipment as separately arranged in the processing workshop so as to meet the need by the process flow of the coupling processing workshop.The automatic detection device or the automatic measuring instrument is used to automatically measure the overall dimension of the coupling short blank or the coupling turned blank, and to automatically detect the processed coupling thread, and then send signals and transmit data, so as to realize high automation and intelligent production operation.
