一种超声波探伤追管算法的设计与实现

    Design and Realization of a Pipe-tracking Algorithm for Ultrasonic Detection

    • 摘要: 为解决探伤线管隙传感器误信号造成的分选异常和孔洞型缺陷漏检等问题,开发了两段式追管控制算法,并在现场进行了一系列测试,分析了两段式追管控制算法的适用性。分析认为:新追管算法最适用于定尺管探伤线;需要通过理论计算和现场实地试验得到最佳的追管速度比例,以确保在合适的位置追及;如果辊道上每个驱动辊都能独立控制,可以通过调整一次追管的位置来适应不同长度钢管的追管要求。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problems staying with the detection line like abnormal sorting and missing of hole type defects as caused by error signal sent from the pipe gap sensor, the two-stage pipe-tracking control algorithm is developed, and then its suitability is analyzed via relevant on-the-site serial tests. It is regarded via the analysis that the newly-developed pipe-tracking algorithm seems to be mostly suitable for the specified-pipe detection line;it s necessary to achieve the optical pipe-tracking speed ratio via theoretic calculation and on-the-site testing so as to ensure proper position tracking;if each single driving roller is controlled independently, the pipe tracking requirement for pipes with different lengths can be met by means of adjusting the primary pipe-tracking position.
