自动切管机刀具伺服进给曲线优化分析

    Optimization Analysis of Turning Tool Servo Feed Curve of Automatic Pipe Cutting Machine

    • 摘要: 介绍了钢管切管主要工艺,钢管固定,刀具旋转并进给的切削方式有很大的优越性。分析这种切管机刀具进给传动的机械结构,阐述了切管机一个切割周期的三个工作阶段,建立模型并计算得出刀具位移与进给伺服油缸位移之间的函数关系。通过计算机编程得到大量位移数据,描绘出位移关系曲线和速度变化曲线。采用曲线拟合方法对速度曲线进行模拟优化,最终得出了实际可用的速度函数用于伺服控制器中,取得了良好的效果。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the article are the main steel pipe-cutting processes, and the significant advantages of the cutting process featuring steel pipe-fixing, and tool turning and feeding. The mechanical structure of the said cutting machine’s tool feeding drive system is analyzed. And the three working stages of one single cutting cycle of the cutting machine are elaborated, and relevant model is set up. And the displacement functional relationship between the tool and the feed servo cylinder is calculated with the model. A great amount of displacement data are obtained by the computer programming, and the displacement relationship curve and speed change curve are described. The speed curve is simulated and optimized with the curve fitting method. Finally, the actually applicable speed function is obtained, and is used in the servo controller, resulting in excellent effect.
