耐腐蚀装置用UNS N10675合金无缝管的开发

    Development of UNS N10675 Alloy Seamless Tube for Anti-corrosion Device Service

    • 摘要: 采用真空感应+真空自耗双联工艺冶炼了UNS N10675合金,通过锻造制造出合金圆管坯,再经过热挤压+冷轧+固溶热处理成功开发了UNS N10675合金无缝管。检验结果表明:UNS N10675合金无缝管的冶炼、锻造、热挤压、冷轧及热处理工艺可靠,产品内外表面质量好,外径及壁厚精度高;化学成分符合标准要求,无缝管基体为等轴奥氏体晶粒,横、纵向平均晶粒度均为7级,其25~525℃拉伸性能、维氏硬度、工艺性能及耐腐蚀性能优异,可满足耐腐蚀装置的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: The UNS N10675 alloy is made with the combined melting process of vacuum induction + vacuum selfconsumption. And then the round billet for tube-making is produced of the said alloy via the forging process. And with the round billet the UNS N10675 alloy seamless tube is successfully developed by means of the process of hot-extrusion + coldrolling + solution heat treatment. Relevant inspection results show that the processes as used to make the UNS N10675 alloy seamless tube are reliable, including melting, forging, hot-extrusion, cold-rolling and heat treatment;and the tube features good outer and inner surface quality, high OD and WT accuracies, the chemical composition up to the requirement as specified under applicable standard;the matrix of the tube is composed of equiaxed austenite grains, and the transversal and longitudinal average grain size is Class 7;and the 25~525 ℃ tensile performance, the Vickers hardness, the process performance and the corrosion resistance etc. are all excellent, being satisfactory to applicable requirements as made for the corrosion device.
