    Design of Last Stand Pass of Sizing Mill for Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种钢管定径机组末架孔型的设计方法。从实际孔型设计中的数据出发,利用电子表格中的公式计算及函数关系,建立定径孔型设计方程,确定定径末架孔型设计值与钢管实际尺寸的关系,推导出影响定径出口温度的不同因素与定径精轧末架孔型设计值之间的关系,建立出适用的定径末架孔型设计回归方程。用该方法计算出的终轧温度与热膨胀系数与实测值几乎一致,说明该方法适用于现场生产。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay is a design method for the last stand pass of the sizing mill for the seamless steel tube. Starting with the data as gathered via actual pass designs, and using the excel formula calculation and the functional relationship, the equation for design of the sizing mill pass is set up, based on which the relationship between the design value of the sizing mill last stand pass and the actual dimensions of the steel tube is determined, and in turn the relationship between the different factors as affecting the outlet temperature of the sizing mill and the said design value is deduced so as to get the regression equation applicable to the design for the sizing mill last stand pass. The final rolling temperature and the expansion coefficient as calculated with the abovementioned method are almost in line with the actually measured values, which means that the method is applicable to on-the-site production.
