热处理对膨胀套管残余奥氏体含量及力学性能的影响

    Influence by Heat Treatment on Residual Austenite Content and Mechanical Properties of Expandable Casing

    • 摘要: 研究不同热处理工艺对膨胀套管残余奥氏体含量及力学性能的影响。结果表明:与淬火+高温回火热处理工艺相比,采用淬火+亚温正火+高温回火热处理工艺可获得更多残余奥氏体,而适量的残余奥氏体改善了材料的综合力学性能,降低了屈强比,提高了膨胀套管的塑性和韧性,使材料均匀延伸率由12%提升至23%,满足膨胀要求。

       

      Abstract: Studied here in the paper is the influence by the heat treatment process on the residual austenite content and the mechanical properties of the expandable casing. As a result, it is revealed that compared with the heat treatment process of quenching + hi-temperature annealing, employment of the heat treatment process of quenching + critical section normalization + hi-temperature annealing is capable of bringing about more residual austenite structure, and thus proper residual austenite content gets the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel improved, the strength ratio reduced, the plasticity and toughness of the expandable casing enhanced, and the uniform elongation increased from 12% up to 23% so as to meet the requirement for the expansion.
