套管生产线拧接护丝工位自动化改造

    Modification for Automation of Screw-up/thread Protection Station of Oil Casing Production Line

    • 摘要: 根据某自动化套管生产线的工艺特点,研制了一款用于自动拧接套管护丝的机械手,并提出了拧接护丝作业自动化改造方案。重点介绍了自动化改造方案的工艺流程,以及作为核心部分的旋转夹具拧接系统和智能视觉系统。该方案实现了套管护丝从抓取到拧接的自动化作业,可以有效提高生产效率,降低人工成本,提高生产线的自动化和智能化水平。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the process characteristics of a certain domestic automatic oil casing production line, a manipulator for automatic casing screw-up/thread-protection operation is researched and developed, and a plan of modification for the automation of the screw-up/thread-protection operation is proposed. Focused on are the descriptions concerning the process flow, and the rotating clamp screw-up system and the intelligent vision system that are the core part of the plan.Thanks to implementation of the modification plan, the automatic casing-thread protection operation steps from pick-up to screw-up are realized so as to get the productivity enhanced, the labor cost reduced, and both the automation level and the intelligent level of the production line improved.
