铁镍基合金UNS N08810无缝管材的冷扩变形工艺研究

    Research on Cold-expanding Deformation Process of Iron-nickel-based Alloy UNS N08810 Seamless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 针对UNS N08810铁镍基合金无缝管材,设计了不同的扩模形状和4种不同的冷扩变形工艺。采用有限元分析方法分析了UNS N08810铁镍基合金大直径无缝管材在不同扩模形状、不同扩径量以及不同壁厚参数时的扩孔变形行为,总结出扩孔载荷曲线和扩孔后管材外径与壁厚的变化规律,归纳金属流动的特点。结合模拟试验结果,开展了UNS N08810无缝管材的实际冷扩工艺试验,对模拟结果进行了可靠性验证。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the iron-nickel-based alloy UNS N08810 seamless tube, different expansion die shapes and four different cold-expanding deformation processes are designed.The FEA method is used to analyze the expanding deformation behaviors of the large-sized iron-nickel-based alloy UNS N08810 seamless tube under the conditions of different expansion die shapes, different expansion amounts, and different wall thickness parameters so as to get the expansion load curve and the change regularity of the OD and WT of the tube as expanded as well as the characteristics of the metal flow.Based on the simulation experiment result, the cold-expanding process experiment for the said seamless tube is also conducted so as to verify the reliability of the simulation experiment result.
