新型奥氏体耐热钢SP2215的开发与研究

    Development and Research of a New Austenite Heat-resistant SP2215 Steel

    • 摘要: 通过设计合理化学成分,采用常规高压锅炉用耐热钢管管坯生产工艺,成功生产出新型奥氏体耐热钢SP2215管坯。相比耐热钢HR3C,SP2215合金元素含量低,生产成本相对较低,具有更优秀的热塑性,能更好适应二辊斜轧穿孔工艺;SP2215在650℃、700℃下的高温持久强度显著优于HR3C,高温抗蒸汽氧化腐蚀和焊接性能方面与之相当。因此,SP2215的综合性能明显优于HR3C,可作为620~650℃超超临界电站锅炉用不锈耐热钢材料。

       

      Abstract: Based on properly designed chemical composition, the billet for pipe-making in a new austenite heatresistant steel SP2215 is successfully produced by means of the conventional manufacturing process for the billet for the heat-resistant, hi-pressure boiler steel pipe.Compared with the HR3C heat-resistant steel, the SP2215 steel shows such advantages as low alloy element content, relatively low production cost, the more excellent thermal plasticity and the better suitability for the 2-high rotary piercing process.Moreover the hi-temperature durance strength of the SP2215 steel under 650 ℃ and 700 ℃ is obviously better than the HR3C steel, while the resistance against hi-temperature steam oxidative corrosion and the weldabiity of the said two steels are equal to each other.Therefore it is regarded that the comprehensive performance of the SP2215 steel is obviously better than the HR3C steel, and worthy using as the heatresistant steel for the 620~650 ℃ ultra-supercritical power plant boiler.
