    Design and Development of 345 mm Pass of Φ460 mm PQF Mandrel Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 简述了Φ460 mm PQF连轧管机组的基本情况。详细介绍了该机组345 mm孔型的设计开发过程。分析认为:新开发设计的345 mm孔型系列与原有322 mm孔型系列相比,穿孔机扩径率由5.1%增加到11.43%,相对更合理;345 mm孔型穿孔机可轧制的毛管最薄壁厚为22 mm,轧制时宜增加穿孔机延伸系数,减小连轧管机延伸系数,以减缓径壁比超过40的钢管在轧制过程中出现“轧坑”和“撕破”缺陷的倾向。

       

      Abstract: Briefed here in the paper is the general status of the Φ460 mm PQF mandrel pipe mill.Also described in detail is the development process of the 345 mm pass of the mill.It is regarded via the analysis that compared with the original 322 mm pass series, the newly designed and developed 345 mm pass series has made the expansion ratio of the piercer increased from 5.1% up to 11.43%, being more proper relatively;moreover thanks to the 345 mm pass, the piercer is capable of producing the shell with the minimal wall thickness of 22 mm;when rolling, it is suggested to increase the elongation of the piercing mill, and meanwhile decrease the elongation of the rolling mill proper so as to retard the tendency of occurrence of the defects like rolled pit and tearing during rolling the steel pipe with D/S over 40.
