BT80S-5Cr抗CO2/H2S腐蚀油管的工业试制及性能评价

    Industrial Trial Production and Performance Evaluation of BT80S-5Cr Anti-CO2/H2S Corrosion Tubing

    • 摘要: 用10Cr5MoVRE钢试制了BT80S-5Cr抗CO2/H2S腐蚀油管。介绍了BT80S-5Cr抗CO2/H2S腐蚀油管的工业试制过程,分析了该油管的金相组织、力学性能和耐蚀性能以及全尺寸实物评价结果。分析认为:该油管的冶金质量、金相组织、力学性能、抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂性能均满足技术要求,均匀腐蚀速率较同钢级3Cr低30%~50%;拉伸失效载荷高于技术要求55%以上,内压至失效载荷高于技术要求70%以上。

       

      Abstract: The BT80S-5Cr anti-CO2/H2S corrosion tubing is trial produced with the 10Cr5MoVRE steel. Described here in the essay is the industrial trial production process of the said tubing.Also analyzed are the metallographic structure, the mechanical properties, the corrosion resistance as well as the full size physical evaluation result of the said tubing. It is concluded via the analysis that the metallurgical quality, the metallographic structure, and the mechanical properties, SSC resistance of the tubing all conform to applicable technical requirements;the tubing’s uniform corrosion rate is 30%~50% lower than the 3Cr steel of the same grade;its tensile failure load is 55% higher than the value as specified under applicable technical requirement, and its internal pressure to failure load is also 70% higher than relevant technical requirement.
