锅炉管典型失效案例及其分析

    Typical Case of Boiler Tube Failure and Relevant Analysis

    • 摘要: 以电厂实际运行中出现的质量问题为背景,分析了锅炉管原材料、锅炉部件制造以及锅炉管服役过程中的三类典型失效案例,研究材料失效原因和失效机理,认为:锅炉管原材料在制造过程中产生的原始裂纹是导致锅炉不能正常运行的原因之一;锅炉部件制造时,锅炉管在弯制、焊接等工序中也可能产生各种缺陷;锅炉管在服役过程中,高温、高压、烟气腐蚀与冲刷等恶劣环境是导致管材裂纹快速扩展至失效的主要因素。建议钢管生产企业严把质量关,锅炉厂严格执行验收工作;锅炉管在服役过程中应定期检修以控制裂纹的萌生。

       

      Abstract: Based on the quality problems as identified in the actual operation of certain power plants, typical cases of the boiler tube failures are analyzed in association with three aspects i.e., the raw material of the boiler tube, the manufacture of the boiler parts, and the service process of the boiler tube so as to study the failure reasons and the failure mechanism. It is regarded via the analysis that the original crack of the boiler tube raw material as developed during the manufacturing process acts as one of the reasons that are responsible for the abnormal running of the boiler;during the manufacturing process of the boiler parts, it is possible to cause various defects of the boiler tube in the operation procedures such as bending and welding of the tube itself;while during the boiler tube service process, such harsh environmental conditions as high temperature, high pressure, smoke corrosion and flushing, etc. mainly lead to rapid expansion of the above said original crack of the boiler tube which inevitably causes the failure. Therefore it is suggested that the steel tube maker further strictly control the tube quality, while the boiler manufacturer implement strict acceptance inspections;periodical overhaugs be conducted during the service process of the boiler tube to restrain the germination of the cracks.
