无缝钢管生产领域用中压变频调速系统国产化改造

    Localization-purposed Modification of Medium Voltage Variable Frequency Speed Regulation System for Seamless Steel Tube Production

    • 摘要: 针对Φ720 mm斜轧扩径机组进口中压主传动变频器存在的防护性和稳定性差等问题,提出了一种采用国产中压变频器替代的解决方案。简述了国产变频调速系统的结构和技术特点,重点介绍了适用于无缝钢管生产领域的高防护变频器的多项创新性优化设计。国产化改造实施后,提高了轧机系统的稳定性,降低了系统维护投入,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,可为同类型进口中压主传动变频器的升级改造提供技术指导。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the problem as staying with the imported medium voltage frequency converter for the main drive system of the Φ720 mm rotary expansion mill, i.e., poor protection and stability, a solution is proposed involving the replacement of the said imported converter with the home-made counterpart. Briefed here in the article are the structure and the technical characteristics of the home-made variable frequency speed regulation system, focusing on lot of innovative and optimal design items of the high-protection converter as applicable to the seamless steel tube-making field. Thanks to the localization-purposed modification, the stability of the rolling mill system is enhanced, and the cost input for maintenance of the system is reduced, resulting in excellent economic and social benefits, and being worth using as a technical guide for upgrade modification of similar imported medium voltage frequency converter for the main drive system.
