    Application of 3D Inspection System to Inspection of Steel Tube Outer Surface Defect

    • 摘要: 总结了近两年使用三维表面检测设备的实践经验,研究了三维表面检测设备在钢管外表面缺陷检测中的应用。通过对比三维表面检测设备与漏磁设备检测的检测效果,比较了两种检测设备各自的优缺点,重点描述了三维表面检测设备在使用过程中存在的常见问题、误报来源和对应解决方案。指出三维表面检测设备达到了防止大伤漏报的目的,是漏磁、超声波与涡流等无损检测手段的有益补充。

       

      Abstract: Summarized in the essay is the practical experience in using the 3D surface inspection system over the past two years, and studied is the application of the said system to inspection of steel tube outer surface defects. A comparison between the inspection effect of the 3D inspection system and that of the magnetic flux inspection system is conducted to identify the separate advantages and disadvantages of each of the two. Focused on are the problems as commonly-encountered with during the operation process of the 3D inspection system, and the system’s source of false alarms, and relevant solution. It is emphasized that 3D inspection system has met the goal of preventing serious defect-missing, being a good supplement to the NDT processes like the magnetic flux inspection, the UT inspection and the eddy-current testing, etc.
