C110套管用HS05钢的热处理工艺研究

    Research on Heat Treatment Process of HS05 Steel for C110 Casing

    • 摘要: 通过对C110套管用HS05钢进行不同工艺热处理,对试样进行力学性能测试及微观组织分析,研究了不同热处理工艺对HS05钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:在相同回火条件下(700℃×100 min),对HS05钢采用不同淬火工艺(880℃,920℃)热处理均可得到理想的组织性能。相同淬火条件下,保持马氏体位相板条结构的合并及多边形化使得钢的冲击功随着回火温度的升高而升高。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of the HS05 steel as used for making the C110 casing are studied by means of performing different heat treatment processes for the said steel, and conducting mechanical property tests to and microstructure analysis of the specimen. The results show that under the same tempering conditions(700℃×100 min), the ideal microstructure properties can be obtained with different quenching processes (880℃ or 920℃). And under the same quenching conditions, keeping the merging and polygonization of the martensite phase lath structure can make the impact energy of the steel rising along with the increase of the tempering temperature.
