Abstract:
The domestic production of TP316H stainless steel seamless tube for sodium cooled fast reactor internals is realized by VIM + ESR + homogenizing heat treatment + forging+ hot extrusion + cold rolling process. The surface quality and dimensions, chemical composition, metallographic structure, tensile test at room temperature ~ 650 ℃, impact test and hardness at room temperature,high temperature endurance performance are carried out. The results show that the TP316H stainless steel seamless tube has good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy. The chemical composition is completely controllable, and the longitudinal average grain size is about 5.5, and the levels of non-metallic inclusions are very low, and the ferrite content is 0, and the steel is pure. The mechanical properties at room and high temperatures, and the resistance against intergranular corrosion are excellent, which fully meets the operational requirements of the sodium cooled fast reactor internals.
