    Suggestions for High Quality Development of HFW Pipe Manufacturing Technology

    • 摘要: 介绍了国内HFW焊管制造技术的发展现状。指出在当前形势下,提高制造效能和高质量发展对产品拓展、提升竞争能力尤为重要。分析探讨HFW焊管制造在成型、焊接与控制、热处理及检测等核心技术方面的进步是促进高质量产品制造的有效途径。提出加强HFW焊管核心制造技术和控制与检测等技术的研发应用,将极力促进HFW焊管高质量发展和产品制造及竞争力的提高。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper is the current development situation of domestic HFW pipe manufacturing technology. It is pointed out that under the current situation,enhancing the manufacturing efficiency and high quality development is very important to expansion and improving competitiveness of the product. And it is an effective approach to promoting high quality pipe manufacturing via relevant analysis and exploitation the progresses involving such core HFW pipe-making techniques as formation,welding,controlling,heat treatment and inspection/testing,etc. Furthermore it is emphasized in the paper that strengthening the research and application of critical manufacturing technologies,control and inspection/testing techniques of the HFW pipe manufacture will significantly speed up the high quality development, and improvement of manufacture and competitiveness of the said weld pipe.
