    Analysis of New Edition of Standard GB/T 9711 for Steel Linepipe

    • 摘要: 简要介绍GB/T 9711的发展历史,对比分析新旧版本标准的差异,提出新版标准的实施建议;简述API Spec 5L/ISO 3183、CSA Z245.1和IOGP S-616等国外先进油气输送管道用标准的特点,对比分析新版GB/T9711与国外先进标准指标的差异。分析发现,新版GB/T 9711修订内容变化不大,使用时应注意无损检测中引用标准版本的问题,标准总体达到国际先进水平,但与CSA Z245.1和IOGP S-616相比仍存在差异。建议做好与国外先进标准的对标分析研究,不断提高我国油气管道用钢管质量水平。

       

      Abstract: Briefed here in the essay is the development history of Standard GB/T 9711. And the differences in contents between the latest edition and the old edition of the said standard are comparatively analyzed,and accordingly some suggestions for implementing the new edition standard are proposed. Also briefed here are the characteristics of relevant foreign advanced standards for oil/gas transmission pipelines such as API Spec 5L/ISO 3183,CSA Z245.1 and IOGP S- 616,etc. The differences between the new edition GB/T 9711 and the above mentioned foreign advanced standards are also comparatively analyzed. It is concluded via the comparisons and the analyses that the revisions of the contents of GB/T 9711 are not so obvious;when using the standard,notice should be taken to the issue of quotation of the standard concerning the NDT. In general the said new edition standard has been up to relevant international advanced level. However there still exist gaps with foreign standards like CSA Z245.1 and IOGP S-616. It is suggested to properly conduct the benchmark analysis and research of related foreign advanced standards in a bid to continuously improving the quality level of domestically-made steel pipes for oil/gas transmission pipeline service.
