    我国中频热扩钢管技术的新进展

    New Progresses of Domestic Steel Tube MF Hot-expansion Technology

    • 摘要: 叙述了我国中频热扩钢管生产工艺的发展现状,工艺技术进步及产品标准制(修)订进程,指出GB/T 5310—2023《高压锅炉用无缝钢管》中有关钢管制造方法的定义修改标志着中频热扩钢管工艺在国家标准中得到认可。从中频热扩钢管工艺流程、原始管坯的质量控制、芯棒的选材与形状设计和智能化成型控制系统方面谈了对中频热扩钢管工艺的新认识。再从中频热扩钢管新产品研发、市场准入与产品认证、低碳节能方面作了更多的思考。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the article are the three main aspects of the domestic MF hot-expanded steel pipe production,i.e.,the present development situation of the manufacturing process,the technological progress,and the process of preparation (revision)of applicable product standards. It is pointed out that the revision of the definition concerning the steel pipe manufacture methods as specified in Standard GB/T 5310—2023 Seamless Steel Pipe for High Pressure Boiler symbolizes that the said steel pipe MF hot-expansion process has been approved in relevant National Standard. Also elaborated are some new understandings of the steel pipe MF hot-expansion process in associated with such aspects as the process flow,the quality control of the mother tube,the material determination and the shape design of the mandrel and the intelligent formation control system,etc. Furthermore more thinking about the said MF hot-expanded pipe is made,involving R & D,market access and approval of the new product as well as low carbon and energy-saving production and so on.
