    JCOE直缝埋弧焊管边沿预弯半径大小与“噘嘴”的研究

    Study on Relationship between Edge Pre-bending Radius of JCOE LSAW Pipe and its Pout

    • 摘要: 为有效控制JCOE直缝埋弧焊管成型缝“噘嘴”量、提高焊缝性能和质量,在多年生产实践和经验积累的基础上,总结出了一套通过优化边沿预弯半径控制“噘嘴”量的工艺方法,包括不同规格钢管预弯半径设计和测量。经过300余种规格钢管的生产实践验证,皆能得到较理想的钢管形体尺寸和“噘嘴”控制效果,大管径、厚壁、高钢级JCOE直缝埋弧焊钢管生产控制效果尤为明显,主要介绍了预弯弧度的设计原理、方法和经验公式总结,阐述了在日常生产中的运用效果。该工艺控制成果可在类似生产线上推广应用。

       

      Abstract: To properly control the forming seam pout amount of the JCOE LSAW pipe,and improve the weld performance and quality, based on the production practice and experiences over many years,a complete set of process methods for optimizing the edge pre-bending radius to control the pout amount is summarized, involving the design and measurement of the pre-bending radius of steel pipes with different sizes. Owing to verification via the production practice concerning more than 300 steel pipe sizes,relevant purposes are met,including ideal steel pipe shape size and pout control effect,particularly,the control effect is so obvious for hi-grade steel JCOE LSAW pipe production. Described here in the article are the design principle,the method and the empirical formula summary of the pre-bending radian,and also expounded is the application effectiveness in the daily production. The above mentioned process achievement is worthy spreading up and using in similar production lines.
