Abstract:
Briefed here in the article are the development direction of the hydrogen energy,and the progresses in the field of research on the hydrogen transmission pipeline as made both at home and abroad. And also summarized are the construction situations of the existing and the planned pure hydrogen transportation pipelines and hydrogen-doped natural gas transportation pipelines at home and abroad. Furthermore elaborated here are the process of hydrogen entering the pipeline material,and the hydrogen embrittlement problem as caused by hydrogen entering the material. Moreover the influencing factors for hydrogen embrittlement are analyzed from such aspects as transmission medium,temperature,stress,material,and surface treatment etc. Accordingly targeted suggestions are proposed for hydrogen transmission pipe-line construction from multiple aspects,including the material strength design,the pipe manufacturing,and the weld joint manufacturing as well as the test evaluation,and so on.
