特殊螺纹接头上扣模拟与扭矩计算

    • 摘要: 油套管特殊螺纹接头上扣扭矩曲线形状受摩擦因数、螺纹直径、螺纹锥度和密封面直径等偏差组合的影响,基于Python语言开发了Abaqus特殊螺纹接头有限元分析模块,可以对螺纹接头进行上扣直至拧接屈服过程的高效有限元仿真,根据上扣扭矩曲线模型对结果进行积分,求取上扣扭矩并绘制扭矩曲线。根据不同接头表面处理、螺纹脂型号,结合实际试验对摩擦因数进行曲线校正,在实际应用中具有很高的可操作性与准确性,所开发的有限元分析模块具有易于继承与扩展升级的特点,方便引入到不同结构形式的螺纹接头中。

       

      Abstract: According to the fact that the make-up torque curve of the premium connection of the oil casing is influenced by the combination of deviations such as the friction coefficient,the thread diameter,the thread taper,and the sealing surface diameter etc.,based on the Python Language,an Abaqus premium connection FEA module is developed. The module is capable of hi-efficiency FE simulation of the entire process from make-up to screw up yield of the connection. The results can be integrated as per the make-up torque curve model to get the make-up torque,and then draw the torque curve. In accordance with different connection surface treatments and thread compound types as well as the actual test result,the friction coefficient curve is calibrated,which has very high operability and accuracy in the actual application. The above mentioned module as developed features being easy to inherit,expand and upgrade.
