Abstract:
Described here in the essay is the drive mode of press down system of the leveling machine,and also analyzed are the advantages and disadvantages of the turbine worm reducer press drive type and the hydraulic cylinder press drive type,based on which it is pointed out that the hydraulic cylinder pressing drive more suitable for the need of leveling pressure for hi-grade,heavy wall steel strip coil in terms of output of the leveling force;moreover based on the conventional hydraulic drive mode,the servo synchronous hydraulic system is used,and meanwhile the automatic control of the leveling-pressing down system of the leveling machine is realized by means of relevant editable logic control program as provided on the basis of the system principle and application need,i.e. once the measured numerical value is deviated from the specified position numerical value(the numerical value can be automatically set),the control system immediately issues instruction to connect the deviation. The application of the above mentioned technology to the leveling machine will not only reduce the job difficulty level of the working station operator,but also improve the leveling quality of the steel strip coil.
