矫平机设备矫平压下系统自动化改造和应用

    Automation Modification and Application of Leveling and Pressing System for Leveling Machine Equipment

    • 摘要: 介绍了矫平机设备压下系统的传动方式,分析了涡轮蜗杆减速机压下传动和液压缸压下传动两种方式各自优劣,指出液压缸压下传动在矫平力量输出方面更胜一筹,能够更好地适应高钢级、大壁厚钢带卷对矫平压力的需求;并在传统液压传动方式的基础上采用了伺服同步液压系统,同时基于系统原理和使用需求配套相关可编辑逻辑控制程序,实现了矫平机设备矫平压下系统的自动化控制,即当检测数值偏离既定位置数值0.5 mm(该数值可根据控制效果自行设置)时,控制系统立即发出指令进行纠偏,该技术在矫平机设备中的应用不仅能够降低岗位员工工作难度,而且可有效提升钢带卷板材的矫平质量。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay is the drive mode of press down system of the leveling machine,and also analyzed are the advantages and disadvantages of the turbine worm reducer press drive type and the hydraulic cylinder press drive type,based on which it is pointed out that the hydraulic cylinder pressing drive more suitable for the need of leveling pressure for hi-grade,heavy wall steel strip coil in terms of output of the leveling force;moreover based on the conventional hydraulic drive mode,the servo synchronous hydraulic system is used,and meanwhile the automatic control of the leveling-pressing down system of the leveling machine is realized by means of relevant editable logic control program as provided on the basis of the system principle and application need,i.e. once the measured numerical value is deviated from the specified position numerical value(the numerical value can be automatically set),the control system immediately issues instruction to connect the deviation. The application of the above mentioned technology to the leveling machine will not only reduce the job difficulty level of the working station operator,but also improve the leveling quality of the steel strip coil.
