可调式通径杆对中机构在通径机中的应用

    Application of Adjustable Drifting Mandrel Centering Device to Drifting Machine

    • 摘要: 通径机主要用于轧管生产中钢管直线度和椭圆度等参数的检验;工作时由驱动装置通过驱动杆带动通径规在钢管内腔中运动实施检验。由于通径规对有效长度和两端规定范围内的直径有尺寸精度要求,需定期检测,无论哪个尺寸超差都需判废。在实际使用过程中会出现偏磨现象造成通径规报废。分析通径规发生偏磨的原因,采取可调式通径杆头部支撑对中装置解决了问题,提高了通径规使用寿命。

       

      Abstract: The drifting machine is mainly used in the steel pipe production line to inspecting such parameters as straightness and roundness,etc. of the product. When working,the drifting gauge is driven by the driving rod via the driving device to move in the inner cavity of the steel pipe to perform the inspection. Due to the dimensional accuracy requirements of the drifting gauge for the effective length and the diameter within the specified range at both ends,regular inspecting and testing of it are needed. Regardless of any dimension out of the tolerance,it must be rejected;In actual operation,the drifting gauge might be scrapped due to eccentric wear. The cause for the eccentric wear of the drifting gauge is analyzed and identified,as a countermeasure,the adjustable supporting and centering device for the drifting mandrel head is introduced so as to get the problem fixed,resulting longer service span of the drifting gauge.
