不同预处理工艺下316L不锈钢在高浓度氯化物环境中的腐蚀行为

    Corrosion Behavior of 316L Stainless Steel with Different Pretreatment Processes in a High-concentration Chloride Environment

    • 摘要: 针对临海工业的高氯化物腐蚀环境,采用动电位极化和交流阻抗并结合失重法等系统研究了光亮固溶、环保酸酸洗以及HNO3+HF酸洗三种预处理工艺对316L不锈钢在质量分数3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为及特征。研究结果表明三种预处理工艺均能在一定程度上改善316L不锈钢的耐腐蚀性能,其中光亮固溶处理后的316L不锈钢腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀速率最低,耐腐蚀性能最好,其优异的耐腐蚀性能归因于预处理后其单一的奥氏体组织以及更均匀的钝化元素分布。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the perchloride corrosion environment of the coastal industry,the effects on the corrosion behavior and properties of the 316L stainless steel in 3.5wt% NaCl solution by three pretreatments i.e.,the bright solution treatment,the environmental protection pickling and the HNO3+HF pickling are systematically studied by means of the potentiodynamic polarization and the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy together with the weight loss method etc.The research outcomes reveal that all the three pre-treatment processes are capable of improving the corrosion resistance of the 316L stainless steel to a certain extent,among them,the bright solid solution treatment can make the 316L stainless steel have the lowest corrosion current density and corrosion rate as well as the best corrosion resistance,and this superior corrosion resistance is attributed to the steel’s single austenitic microstructure and more uniform distribution of the passivating elements after pre-treatment.
