螺旋缝焊管钢带对接单道次单面埋弧焊双面成型控制方法

    Control Method for Spiral Welded Pipe Double-sided Formation with Strip Butting Single-pass Single-side Submerged Arc Welding Process

    • 摘要: 通过构建焊缝熔深与双丝单道埋弧焊一丝焊接规范的函数关系及焊丝熔敷面积与双丝单道埋弧焊一丝、二丝焊接规范的函数关系,根据钢板壁厚的不同设计对应的双丝单道埋弧焊接坡口尺寸焊接规范,采用带衬垫的钢板单面埋弧自动焊双面成型焊接方法,既能够保证对接钢板焊透,焊丝熔覆面积满足焊缝成型所需的熔覆量,又保证焊缝成型质量,减少了钢带对头焊缝背面在制成钢管后的清根焊接工序,提升了生产效率。

       

      Abstract: By constructing a functional relationship between the weld penetration depth and the welding specifications of the double wire single pass submerged arc welding,as well as the functional relationship between the welding wire coverage area and the welding specifications of each wire single pass submerged arc welding,a welding specification corresponding to the groove size of steel plate,single pass double wire single pass submerged arc welding is designed,and the welding process of single-side submerged arc automatic welding formation with padded steel plate is used,which not only ensures the penetration of the butt steel plate,but also ensures that the welding wire coverage area meets the required deposition amount for the double-sided formation of the weld,and ensures the quality of the double-sided formation of the weld,resulting in freedom from the process of root-cleaning welding as needed for the seam top of the finished pipe as remained from the steel stripe butting welding process,and thus improving production efficiency.
