基于激光跟踪仪的连轧管机组轧制中心线标定方法研究

    Research on Laser Tracker-based Calibration Method for the Rolling Centerline of Mandrel Pipe Mill Plant

    • 摘要: 热轧无缝钢管生产中各机组轧制中心线一致性是保证钢管尺寸精度的前提。利用激光跟踪仪对Φ273 mm连轧管机组穿孔机、连轧机组轧制角度及中心线进行高精度测量标定,以确保各机组孔型中心线与轧制中心线重合。利用OmniCal软件对激光跟踪仪进行精度检查后,在SpatialAnalyzer软件上分别对各机组中心点进行3D坐标测量并建立坐标系。通过激光跟踪仪配备的自动跟踪接光靶球对所需测量点采点后拟合出相应的三维图形得出所需数据的偏差,再对各机组进行相应调整,从而使各机组的孔型中心线和轧制中心线重合。

       

      Abstract: The consistency of the rolling centerline of each unit in the production of the hot-rolled seamless steel pipe is a prerequisite for ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the steel pipe. Using the laser tracker,the rolling angles and center lines of the piercing mill and mandrel mill proper of the Φ273 mm mandrel pipe mill plant are measured and calibrated with high accuracy so as to ensure that the centerline of each unit’s pass coincides with the rolling centerline. After checking the accuracy of the laser tracker with the OmniCal software,3D coordinate measurements are taken separately on the center points of each unit with the SpatialAnalyzer software,and then a coordinate system is established. By using the automatic tracking target ball equipped with the laser tracker to collect the required measurement points,the corresponding 3D graphics are fitted to obtain the deviation of the required data,based on which each unit of the mill plant is correspondingly adjusted,so as to get the pass center line of each unit of the mill plant coincided with the rolling center line.
