小直径螺旋焊管TIG焊补焊工艺技术分析与应用

    Analysis and Application of TIG Repair Welding Technology for Small-sized Spiral Welded pipe

    • 摘要: 小直径螺旋焊接钢管补焊工艺,长期以来一直受到空间位置的约束,因其口径小,工人无法采用焊条电弧焊对内焊缝缺陷进行修补,因此焊接质量一直是制约企业发展的瓶颈。为确保产品质量,企业对小直径螺旋缝埋弧焊管采用TIG焊补焊工艺技术,实现单面焊双面成型,优化焊接工艺参数,分析操作技能,匹配合适的焊接材料,提出合理的施工方案及解决措施。经生产验证,产品各项性能指标均满足GB/T 9711—2023 PSL2标准及客户技术要求,使用效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Conducting the repair welding process of the small-sized spiral welded steel pipe has been constrained for so long a time by limited operation space,which means due to the small size of the pipe,the operator cannot use the electrode arc welding to repair inner weld defects,and as a result,the welding quality has been always a bottleneck as restricting the development of relevant pipe-making companies. In order to ensure the product quality,the company uses TIG welding repair welding technology for small-diameter spiral welded pipes to realize single-sided welding and double-sided formation,meanwhile actions such as optimizing the welding process parameters,analyzing the operating skills,and properly matching the welding materials are taken as per relevant reasonable construction plan and solutions. The actual production verification proves that all the performance indicators of the product have met Standard GB/T 9711—2023 PSL2 and relevant customer’s technical requirements,and the application effectiveness is good.
