螺旋钢管带钢宽度测量及纠偏预警系统研制

    R & D of Width Measurement and Correction/Warning System for Steel Strip for Spiral Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 为了解决生产过程中带钢跑偏未能及时发现和纠正,导致带钢脱铣、多铣、隆起、扭曲等情况出现,研制出提高钢管成型质量的带钢宽度及位置测量预警系统,通过三组高精度光栅尺对带钢前进方向不同位置的宽度、位置进行实时检测,并将检测的结果采集到西门子PLC300中进行处理和阈值比较,将比较结果输出到MCGS屏幕上并通过指示灯和鸣笛的方式进行报警提醒。实测结果表明,研发的带钢位置信息预警系统测量误差精度在1 mm内,可满足生产工艺要求,保证稳定的带钢工作宽度以及误差允许的带钢偏差,为稳定成型提供了必要保证。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of steel strip detaching off as occurring during the production process of the spiral welded pipe that is not detected and corrected timely,and consequently causes such abnormal states of the steel strip as off-milling,over milling,uplift and distortion,and to improve the formation quality of the steel strip,a measurement and warning system for steel strip width and position is developed. The system as equipped with three sets of high-precision grating rulers is capable of real-time detecting the width and position of the steel strip at different positions in the forward direction. And the detection results are collected into the Siemens PLC300 for processing and threshold comparison. Then the comparison results are output to the MCGS screen,so as to produce alert through indicator lights and horns. The actual testing result demonstrates that measurement error accuracy of the said system is within 1 mm,so that it is satisfactory to the manufacturing process requirement,and ensures consistent work width and deviation within the permissible error margin of the steel strip,which provides a necessary assurance of consistent formation of the pipe with the steel strip.
