某井套管分级箍螺纹接头脱扣原因分析

    Cause Analysis for Connection Pull Over of Casing Stage Cementing Collar as Used in a Certain Oil Well

    • 摘要: 研究某井套管分级箍脱扣事故,发现脱扣的分级箍外螺纹接头参数和材质符合标准要求,再系统排查和分析套管和分级箍运输、储存、检验和使用等环节,认为分级箍螺纹接头脱扣主要原因是套管接箍变形后上扣不到位所致。建议严格执行用户企业标准,并对套管保护环进行严格检验和评价。

       

      Abstract: An investigation is conducted into the connection pull over failure of the casing stage cementing collar as used in a certain domestic oil well,and it was found that the measured parameters of the external threaded connection of thestage cementing collar and the material is in compliance with the requirements of relevant standard. Furthermore a systematic trouble-shooing and analysis are carried out to all the operation steps in association with the casing and the stage cementing collar,including transportation,storage,inspection and usage,based on which,it is regarded that the reason for the connection pull over failure is the non proper make up of the threaded connection of the stage cementing collar due to the deformation of the casing coupling. Accordingly it is suggested to strictly implement relevant customer company’s standard,and also perform stringent inspection and evaluation of the casing protection ring.
