X80钢级无缝弯管与直缝弯管性能对比分析

    Comparative Analysis of Performances of X80 Seamless and Straight-seam Welded Steel Elbows

    • 摘要: 通过对X80钢级无缝热煨弯管与X80钢级直缝热煨弯管的性能进行对比,其中化学成分、金相组织、环焊性能两者相差不大。X80钢级无缝热煨弯管韧脆转变温度低于-60 ℃,低温韧性相对良好,且整体分布均匀,波动范围更小,承压能力更优,且爆破安全系数高于直缝弯管。X80钢级无缝热煨弯管各项性能指标均达到或优于国家管网集团技术条件及相关标准要求。

       

      Abstract: Comparative analyses are made with the performances for the X80 seamless and the straight-seam welded steel elbows. As a result it is concluded that the chemical compositions,the metallographic structures and the girth weld properties of the two are basically the same;compared with the straight-seam elbow,the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the X80 seamless hot-bent elbow is below -60 ℃,and its low-temperature toughness is relatively better,and has uniform overall distribution,smaller fluctuation range,better pressure-bearing capacity,and higher bursting safety factor than the straight-seam elbow;in general,all the performance indexes of the X80 seamless hot-bent elbow has been up to or even better than applicable DEC technical terms and the requirements under related specification.
