TH对大直径X80焊管粗晶热影响区组织及力学性能的影响

    Influence by TH on Coarse Grain HAZ Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Large-sized X80 Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)是焊接接头中力学性能最为薄弱的区域,通过试验和数值模拟等方法研究了高温停留时间(TH)对CGHAZ组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着TH的增加,CGHAZ冲击韧性降低;奥氏体晶粒内碳氮原子扩散系数增大,M-A组元分布均匀化;当TH约为12 s时,CGHAZ综合性能最优;采用数值模拟方法寻找出了TH=12 s时较适当的工艺参数,应用于实际管线钢焊接试验,其焊接接头整体力学性能可以达到中俄东线天然气管道工程技术规范要求,验证了热模拟试验和数值模拟的准确性,为实际焊接工艺优化提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: The coarse grain HAZ (CGHAZ) is regarded as an area with the most weak mechanical property of the welded joint. The influence by the high temperature residence time (TH) on the CGHAZ microstructure and the mechanical properties is studied by means of the test and the digital simulation, etc. As a result, the facts as following is revealed. Along with the increase of the TH, the CGHAZ toughness is reduced, the diffusion coefficients of carbon and nitrogen atoms are increased austenite grain, and the M-A component distribution is homogenized;once the TH is about 12 s, the CGHAZ presents best comprehensive performance;thanks to the digital simulation method, the process parameters are found out suitable for TH as 12 s. The said method is used for the actual linepipe steel welding test, resulting in the overall mechanical properties of the welded joint up to the requirements as specified under the Technical Specification of the China-Russia Natural Gas Pipeline Project. Moreover the accuracies of the thermal simulation test and the digital simulation are verified, providing reference for optimization of actual welding process.
